Great location and nice price. Strong WiFi signal!
It needs an ironing board! We’ve stayed in most apartments in this complex and I feel bad to say but this wasn’t our favourite. It’s ok for a few days but for a week or longer you need something better. The place just needs a bit of love! Added extras like leaving extra toilet roll and leaving a bottle of water in the fridge would be great.

Property is in a reasonable location, clean and spacious enough. Check in/out process was easy.
Nothing really to dislike apart from the pool needs a proper clean and the majority of the beds around the pool are damaged.

It was compact but well equipped and clean inside. Everything worked and the bed was comfortable and even the pillows which is rare in Lanzarote! Basic maintenance was carried out on the complex and it was reasonably presentable despite the absence of any frills/colourful plants. The host provided contact details and undertook to be responsive during our stay.
The balcony was permanently in the shade, shabby and unloved. Unfortunately it had dirty astroturf which retained the water whenever it rained. A large plant pot was filled with dirty water. This was not a nice place to sit. The bathroom door handle fell off a couple of times. Some Mattress protectors need to be fitted. We decided to move to another complex after a few days only because of the balcony.
