The location of the apartment is great. A 10-min walk to the beach and all the restaurants and cafes. The parking surrounding the property has a lot of parking spaces and can be accessed through two automatized gates. The apartment is spacious, with a big balcony. It had a nice shade throughout the day. It is equipped with everything you might need - from dishes, pans, cutlery, washing machine and clothes pins and racks. We also got some starting supplies, like a few spices, three toilet paper rolls, a laundry pod and a trash bag. We really liked the two pools on the property that were nice and clean. We would recommend this apartment for a comfortable and enjoyable stay on the island.

The sun umbrella provided was handy, but of really poor quality. Also, the hair dryer is weaker; both need to be replaced. Although the apartment has a nice shade, it could be useful to install an A/C. The ventilator is pretty weak.

Bien placé, dans une belle résidence avec beaucoup de choses à proximité. De plus Sebastiano est très réactif et répond vite !

La cuisine manque de certains équipements (comme une cloche pour protéger le micro-ondes par exemple). Et nous avons eu des cafards qui sont apparus un soir.

Spacieux, confortable et bien situé
