Logement fonctionnel, bien équipé avec balcon très agréable, dans une résidence avec piscine et pool bar sympa. Bonne réactivité du propriétaire pour répondre à nos besoins. Très adapté à un séjour en famille! Et très bon rapport qualité prix. Emplacement top pour rayonner sur l'ile (nord et centre de l'île surtout).
Le logement n'était pas parfaitement propre à notre arrivée et nous avons eu 2 coupures d'eau. La piscine n'est pas chauffée donc à cette période et avec la météo pas top que nous avons eu, pas tellement utilisable. Canapé lit un peu dur aussi pour y dormir pendant 1 semaine complète.

Decent location Apartment was acceptable Nice pool bar area
Occupant of the neighbouring apartment smoked a lot of weed and like to play his music quite loudly which was not great when we wanted to sit on the balcony Beds were not the most comfortable Sunbeds were chained to the floor around the pool, so could not be moved

The pools were nice but the water even colder than the ocean so impossible to swim in, the apartment nice, well equipped, with a nice view, appreciated the heater in the apartment as we had a bit of cold weather
many stairs which was a challenge with a stroller, a bit far from Teguise centre and the nice wide beach, the closest beach was not so nice
