Alojamiento limpio, con terraza y aparentemente renovado. Lejos de parecerse al típico apartamento turístico ya que la vivienda se encuentra integrada en una comunidad de vecinos.
Zona excesivamente tranquila en la que no se escucha ni un ruido y a partir de las 22:00 hay un silencio extremo. Cuenta con recursos escasos ya que había 1 bolsa, 1 pastilla de lavadora y un bote pequeño de fairy para 8 días que estuvimos. Sí que es cierto que la anfitriona vive al lado y se mostraba atenta pero tampoco creíamos oportuno molestarla con esas cosas.

Tanto las instalaciones comunes como el apartamento eran ideales. La zona tranquila, con sitio para aparcar y muy cómoda. El trato de la anfitriona un 10: muy atenta y con una comunicación fácil y cercana. Si volvemos a Lanzarote repetiremos sin dudad.
