Very clean, small hotel. Nice location. Family friendly.
The place is very clean. And the building is at good location, close to Vinarija Zvonko Bogdan, where we actually came for the concert. We haven't used the spa, but it looks nice. Beds are comfortable and the room has everything that we needed for 1 night of stay. The girl at reception is very polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Wi-FI is fast. TV has Netflix....
Blinds in the room are not dark enough, so the sun woke us up at 7 am. There is no shelf in the shower to store soap, shampoo....., so it's not really convenient. Shelves in the shower and toilet paper holder should be added to the bathroom.

I feel like employees should give out information about the spa ahead of time. There were no issues with the booking of the spa but for example this was my first time in the spa and i expected the employees to give us a runthrough what we can expect

A controversial option to stay
The room had high ceilings. The breakfast was ok. A parking lot was provided as well.
The sauna and adjacent facilities had bad odours. The sauna didn't keep a warm temperature. Keep in mind it's prohibited to drink your drinks anywhere but in your room. No massage service is provided. There were dirty places in the bathroom.

Bad service - missing information on Booking
The bed is large and great, the room is spacious and new. The whole villa is nicely decorated and comfortable.
Zero explanation from the staff how the things work in the Villa, on the First day they didnt tell us how the spa and welness works, that you need to reserve your time, and that you have only one entry daily (which also wasn t mentioned at Booking - had I known that, I would have reserved a hotel where I can use wellness whenever I want). I do understand the girl that worked there was new but first we got the wrong room, no explanation for the spa, the service was slow etc. Next time take time to train the employee before letting it work the shift alone. Also, the tiles in the shower are very slippery.
