It was wonderful. My husband and I arrived and the staff was upfront and so friendly the second you walked in. The only issue I ran into was the air unit in the room had a bit of dust build up inside that messed with my asthma but that was a me issue not them. The hotel and staff were amazing.

While I understand the hotel is under renovations the bathroom was so dirty. The tile was so dirty I was afraid to step on it. The travel size bottles were half used on bathroom sink. In the middle of the night when we got up to go to the bathroom there were 4 cockroaches in the bathroom. We did not stay for breakfast as the bugs were our sign to get out fast.

For the love of all things holy, do not stay at this hotel. Looking back, it would have been more nourishing to sleep in my truck than attempt to sleep in this room. The bed had more hair than a comb in the 80s. The headboard and floorboard looked at though a feral cat had taken an oath of omertà against them. There was still a K-cup in the coffee machine. The shower was moldy. Pay the extra 40$ and get a different hotel.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at the Quality Inn & Suites Evansville Downtown. We stayed for one night while on a roadtrip. After a long day and drive, we were greeted by the sweetest front desk woman who struck up a pleasant conversation with us while checking us in. The room we received was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. To no fault of the staff, we did have noisy neighbors which we easily drowned out with the TV. The parking lot was dimly lit, in need of a new layer of asphalt, and had a few suspicious characters. In the morning, we enjoyed the hotel's complimentary breakfast in the lobby before checking out. Highly recommend staying at this property if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed!

There were no elevators, so we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs. The room smelled like dog and there was no sofa even though we paid for a suite with a wet bar. They was also only one night table instead of two. The bed made a squeaky noise and was uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was meager on Friday and by Saturday there were no eggs. The property was centrally close to where I was attending an event. There was plenty of parking.

The bed was fantastic and this hotel was great if you are looking for somewhere to crash for the evening. The decor and facilities were a bit janky with busted lamps, flashing light bulbs, a dirty looking chair and an odd, small bathroom. It definitely left a little to be desired but was good for an evening.

Room 114 smelled horrible wasnt sure what it was. Water stains on the ceiling, baseboard was coming off. Pillows if thats what ya call them were so small and if ya put them together they were uncomfortable. Front desk man was nice and the breakfast was common for a small hotel, cereal, hard boiled eggs, waffles, yogurt coffee and juice

We were checked in very promptly and when a ground floor room was preferred, it was offered with no room change fees. Many nice restaurants are available nearby We will be staying again! Room was quite clean and amenities stated were present. Nice Continental breakfast was available.

There was an overwhelming stench of men's cologne in the room. The bathroom shower door bottom was terribly dirty and moldy. There was smeared toothpaste on the bathroom vanity front. The woman who checked us in was very friendly. The man who checked us out was apologetic about the issues I mentioned and said the cologne smell was from someone who had stayed there for two months. He said he would note the room for a deep clean. This should have been done prior to anyone else staying in there. I don't recommend staying here. I expected better from a well known brand hotel. Definitely not quality.

The condition is what you expect at this price point. By no means luxurious but it is fine. The main problem is location. It is less than a block from an emergency hospital which lifelines in all day long. There were a handful of helicopter trips including at 3:00 AM making the whole hotel loud.

The lobby of the hotel and the staff were very nice and friendly. Going down to our room. The carpet was very old and dirty, there were dogs barking, even though there were no pet signs posted everywhere. We entered our room and the smell was not exactly pleasant, the headboards were very worn out, But otherwise it seemed OK. Nothing terrible about this day but nothing great either. There were some loitering people outside who were a little sketchy. I think there was a man who lived in his van, parked in the parking lot. Maybe not the best part of town to stay in. There was also a lot of noise from the room above. Wouldn’t stay there again unless there weren’t any other options.

Room was spacious but the bathroom was tiny. No way 2 people could be in there getting ready at the same time. Shower basin was dirty along with the vent cover. Headboard was all scratched and dresser didn’t have matching pulls. Carpet in the hallway was dirty and worn. Does NOT have an elevator which after looking back at the hotel info it says that second floor is only accessible by stairs. Stairwell was dirty and the entire building smelled like “weed”. Front desk clerk when checking in was very nice!!
