Although my stay overall was above average, there were some elements of my stay that needs to be pointed out. First, I am 1m93cm (or 64), therefore I usually need at least a Queen bed. When I made my reservation through Hotel.com, I selected that hotel because it showed that they had Queen beds. However, when I checked-in I was told that Queen beds are only available from their Junior Suites and I was not accommodated by the Front Desk staff (a very fine and nice lady). The information on Hotel,com needs to be accurate to avoid disappointment and frustration. Further, the Hotel.com website showed that the rooms had safes. However, contrary to all hotels, you needed to pay an additional surcharge to have access to the safe. It should therefore be indicated on the website that there is such a surcharge. The same needs to apply to the Hot tub and sauna. It should state that there is a surcharge of €30 PP for a 2 Hrs max usage. People base themselves on the website to make decisions and choices. Lets make sure that the website is accurate. As for the hotel, normal rooms are very small with either a double bed or two single beds. Bathrooms are dated and my sink was clogged (before I checked-in). It was quite cold overnight and there was no heating. As for the staff, extremely friendly and nice. As for the breakfast, great selection and very tasty in a nice dining room with a fantastic service. I understood very quickly why this breakfast was so well attended. Great location.

Amazing place to stay. Location almost next to train station, where you can travel do Brugge. Very friendly atmosphere. Owners very helpful. Recommend this hotel for staying.
