not worth the money…

Location is very convenient, near the beach, good parking facility.

Overall cleaning should be improved, the fridge was very dirty, the carpets as well…For a 4 star hotel is not worth the price for such conditions. (225€/night at the North Sea is pretty expensive, even Greece has lower prices and better conditions and is it worth the landscape)

Very good value for money. Large room. Nice city (but you know it because you want to get there :p). 24/7 welcome desk

No parking available in the hotel (contrary to what is written). No way to book a parking spot in the hotel (btw it's 30€/day when some are available and that means never because the hotel was far from booked but they still didn't have room for cars). Expensive parking outside the hotel.

Great but not thanks to booking.com

Shocking how booking.com is manipulating everything; the hotel i booked was closed and pictures in the ad were not accurate; no pool available and no free parking BUT many thanks to a partner hotel with a higher standard who set me up with a junior suit upgrade free of charge. The group which owns both hotels has been trying to convince booking.com that the initial hotel is closed and pictures of amenities are not correct but without any success.

Bad

We booked this property at late notice and when we turned up to the property at 11pm there was no one to check us in. We rung the door intercom and still no one answered. We tried this numerous time to no avail. We ended up leaving the property and having to stay elsewhere.

Even though we were unable to checkin we were still charged for the stay. I tried contacting their customer service and was treated very badly and told to send an email. I have since sent an email and have received no response hence the reason for the bad review.

Breakfast was amazing, the best thing in our stay. Bathroom ok, staff very kind and swimmingpool in the other other (we could use it).

There were no staff during the night in the same building (strange to be 4*), the room presented paint damages, door slamming in the wind, beds too small, a half-built or half-repaired open hallway...). Only the breakfast and the staff describe the hotel as 4*, the rest should be improved. It is not related quality-price.

Location and breakfast are really good!

Light doors at the back of the hotel. You could hear neighbouring alarm clocks And the door was shaking when there was movement in the corridor

Pleasant trip.

The room was excellent, breakfast very generous and delicious.

Receptionist was unpleasant and in general staff not particularly friendly. Parking situation should have been explained in advance. I.e you can't approach hotel by car.

Ontbijt was heel lekker, goede matras, lekker geslapen ruime knusse kamer we hadden de superior kamer, omgeving was top en ons hondje mocht mee in de ontbijt zaal

Spijtig was er geen voorziening voor de hond op de kamer (drinkbak en hondje koekjes enz)

An sich waren wir zufrieden.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr zentral gelegen. Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Es gab keinen Parkplatz an der Unterkunft. Wurden zu einem außerhalb geschickt. Dort mussten wir für 24 std 20€ Zahlen. Leider war es nicht ganz so sauber.
