I won’t book again, I did not have a feeling we rented something worth the price asked for.

I liked the location, access to the beach, friendliness of the staff

Compared to the price we paid for I would have thought that renewing the interior of the chamber should have been done years ago. I felt like stepping into a 90’s room, everything was very basic, the sofa’s were awful. The bathroom was not clean, the kitchen was basic basic.

Sight of the sea is pretty. Room is very comfortable. Location is near the center and the main attractions :)

I found the receptionist unfriendly overall. At one point I called him to ask for something, which he pointed out they did not offer. I found the way he said it slightly unfriendly, but I did not think much of it. The problem was that then he thought he had hung off the phone, but he had not, and I overheard how he talked about my request to someone else in a very condescending tone. I might be being too sensitive here, but It definitely gave the rest of my stay a bad feeling.

Lovely location, will return to Blakenberge in the summer to explore as we travelled over for the Bruges Christmas market.

Hot water ran out too quickly, it only lasted for one person to shower. We waited for the boiler to heat up but still after half an hour it was cold! Very fresh start to the day on one of the coldest days of the year! Thank goodness the heaters worked in the apartment.

There was really nothing positive about our experience with this hotel!! Extremely rude and agressive staff - dirty room - poor internet connection - highly over priced!! Very disappointing overall! Not recommended AT ALL!

A nice stay by the seafront

I liked the location just by the beach and near the city centre. Rooms were large. Staff was very helpful. Beds were very comfortable

I wished the kitchenette could be cleaner and that more ustensiles are provided. The rooms we stayed in would need some refreshment. For a longer stay, more cupboards or drawers would be needed.

the location on the sea

the room was not properly cleaned - it smelled of pets, the fridge smelled of onions, and the linen did not seem fresh (I even found some hair on it). The internet did not work.

Perfect location, but bizarre design and broken or under furnished.

The location is perfect and easy to find and get to. We contacted the property before staying to ask about the facilities and they made sure we had a room with a kitchen. It was winter so we didn’t use it, but it has a nice terrace although it would be uncomfortable for some people due to the way the border is set up.

The position of the Microwave is flawed making it difficult to put dishes in and take out. We had two kitchen chairs that were old and broken up. there is plenty of room in the living, but they only had two tight chairs and no couch. Alternatively, the bedroom was barely bigger than the bed. Other design flaws included the heating unit under the desk meaning it was risky to put food items there, the refrigerator was small and the position of the mirror and hooks for jackets were bizarre. The internet in our room did not work well at all and the TV didn’t work properly with a screen popping up making it take a long time to command channel changes or even control the volume.

ok for the family and the price was affordable

the best thing is the location and the size of the room! the room was spacious and it was well prepared for the stay. as well it has a small kitchen and all the necessary items for the cooking. we were in November and the room was warm.

when we arrived at the hotel, there was nobody at check-in. however, the note at the reception has a phone. i called and couldn’t reach, until another couple came to check-in. eventually, they reached the hotel staff and got the sms with the instructions how to enter the room.
