    De communicatie is heel slecht ik ben ziek geworden en verwittigd om eventueel een andere dag te nemen of oplossing die werd allemaal geweigerd. Als ik belde konden ze met moeite Nederlands moest allemaal per mail en nooit een mail teruggehad

    I booked the carpark via the booking.com message and the hotel had confirmed but when we arrived the carpark was already full and staff rudely advised that they didn’t confirm even though I got a confirmation message. Secondly, my family went for swimming but I just sat beside the pool with my normal clothes on and staff came over to me and said that I am not allowed to be there with normal clothes on even though I didn’t go in the pool !Reception staff attitude is so bad. There is no customer service mindset at all!
