Very good.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent: everything very fresh and tasty. We have stayed at other hotels in Blankenberge and fresh food at breakfast is certainly not the case. In the bathroom one side of the bathtub is so high it is not easy to get in and out of, especially for my unlimber husband. There needs to be a large handle installed to facilitate getting in in and out of the tub.

the advertisement is a fake!

first of all the booking I made supposed to have a parking spot and double bed. they are lying about parking spot as there is nothing for guests and they offered me a 20euro parking spot paid extra even if the prices in the city can be like 8 eur per day. they did not provide what they should and in the morning they were like hunting on me and my wife to pay for the breakfast. the behaviour of the owner of this hotel is definitely money oriented greedy and do not recommend this place

I liked the staff. Very nice, knowledgeable, paying attention to everyone's needs. (both reception and kitchen) Fresh breakfast (was expecting better cold cuts), nice little cozy setting and I really liked the plates.

The room was overall okay, but I have found hair stuck to the towels (probably from how they were dried) and a lot of dark hair on the floor. (i have light coloured hair) That gave me the impression that basically they forgot to clean the bathroom floor, but everything else was in place and clean. From what ive read through the other reviews, this mustve been an honest mistake, considering that overall the rest of the room was clean. I shouldve said something, but I didn't really stay that much in the room anyway.

Close to the beach but the hotel can use some renovation

The hotel was close to the beach and shops. My wife likes fish and there where 2 fish shops very close. There was a fridge in the room to cool the beer and water we did buy in the shop close to the hotel.

- We got 2 single beds put together, not a double bed. - The elevator was not working properly so we used the stairs all the time. - The shower was inside the bath so not so convenient for a big guy like me. - The breakfast was more basic then I expected and not so cheap (14 EUR/person). They asked 2 days if we wanted some bacon (only 2 pieces )with scrambled eggs (too little) but I don't there where other options possible because there was no menu with choices.

The hotel is central and you have nice restaurants and the beach near by

Login to the WiFi only with Facebook credentials. If you do not have a Facebook account, you cannot use the WiFi. That's something I haven't experienced so far. The carpets need a cleaning or makeover

Good

Very close to the beach, easily reachable from the train station by foot. Breakfast was nice and filling. The steam bath was a nice surprise, albeit a bit small and with no changing rooms. Cleaning was daily, new towels were provided as well.

We asked specifically for separate beds and found them pushed together. Luckily we were able to reposition them, which the cleaning team left just as we put them. The bedsheets were not as fixed, however, and came loose every night. The room could have been bigger.

Really great location, close to the beach and the city center. Staff were very nice and breakfast portions were huge!
