Recreation areas are under renovations and closed, no gym at the hotel but located in a nearby hotel, a basement gym of 8 m2 and holding a bike and a treadmill nothing else. Room close to elevator with constant noise. no AC and hot as he.., water in the since wash basing did not work, no hot water in the shower.

Mediocre hotel that needs renovation for a long time. Rooms with view on the wall and communication tubes perhaps should be mentioned and cost less. Everything is used and old. Location is good. Big plus is cava for breakfast. But breakfast room in not able to host the guests, need to wait when someone will finsih their breakfast.

First of all the personell is very helpful and the breakfast delicious. I had a problem with cleanliness in first room which i take it,so i had to ask for a room change.This kind of things are quite common anyway. Hotel itself is a bit rusty.I don't say is bad but is not really 4 stars hotel.You have a fridge in room,but no drinks,you have no cork opener and so on. Parking cost 30 euro per nights and is 2 minute walking . Overall good experience.

The staff is friendly. The hotel is nearby thé beach and the main shopping street. For the price we paus we had a rather small room and most important there was no airco available in any room. There's only airco in the lounge area and the dining room.

Weather dreadful, but we didn't care, the hotel was lovely, cosy and clean and comfortable! Everything is within walking distance so we didn't really need the car. Can't wait to go again :)

We paid Euros 130/room for a one night stay with breakfast. There was no hot water available for my shower at 17.15hrs; no kettle for tea and coffee making other than a Tassimo with only two espresso sachets; no air conditioning and a busy road outside with lorries delivering and collecting until after 2am so you either had to be very hot with the windows closed or cool down with the windows open which we did and then you could not sleep for the ruddy noise going on outside with lorries, vehicles and noisy pedestrians returning home late into the night so a sleepless night was had by all four of us staying at this hotel. This was our first and probably our last visit to Blankenberge based on this visit. The bacon and scrambled egg at breakfast were both served cold which was unacceptable. We could not wait to leave and drive up to Brussels to a proper 4* hotel! This was despite the fact that following my complaints we were given a discount but you cannot manage on 2 hours sleep per night and what is the fundamental of a hotel? To provide a room with a bed so that you can get a good nights sleep and a decent breakfast in the morning! Surely? So the room was comfortable but everything else was not up to scratch for the 4* rating and therefore overpriced.
