The swimming pool was really pleasant. Location i is perfect

I got the room which was on the side of the main shopping street which is nice but in the night it was very noisy, parties, noisy people walking on the steer until like 5am. Closing windows was not an option because it was too hot to sleep with closed. Some of the pillows were very smelly. Breakfast 24€ it really over rated.

Worst stay in a hotel ever. Do not expect 4 star treatment, facilities or room.

The whole experience was AWFUL! We didn't like absolutely anything. The only positive thing that can be said is that is was easy to get to the beach or the shopping street.

Hotel was super dirty. Spa facilities were not working. Beds uncomfortable and duct taped. Rooms small and badly designed with cracks in the walls. Rude staff. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. 2 star at most. No air conditioning and windows open to busy and loud street. Coffee pads are extra pay after day 1 and only coffee without caffeine. Staff will argue with you instead of fix problems.

Close to the beach but very unpleasant to stay.

The place is well situated near the beach front.

When you walk in When you enter the building, you immediately notice a strong smell of chlorine coming from the pool. Our room was on the first floor, but the hallway was very dark and the lights only turned on when we started walking. The staircase looked old and worn out and the carpets on the floor were stained. Our room had a musty smell because there was no ventilation, and there was only one window to let in fresh air. Unfortunately, the view from the window was not pleasant, as we could see a maintenance steel staircase and a dirty, moldy area. The blinds in the bathroom were bent and couldn't be adjusted, and the basin had a crack. Lastly, the coffee cups provided were small paper cups. This is not worthy of a 4 star hotel.

Position of hotel

Room was just sufficient but no hooks for coats or towels. No central light switch. No soap dish or towelrail near shower. Insufficient reading lichting in bedroom.

there was a print of a bug smashed into the cealing. the parking was very expensive and not at the location, breakfast was 20 euro’s per person and not of a very high standard.

It is a nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, nearby the beach and in the shopping district. The rooms are well maintained and have a decent size. The only thing we were missing was airco. It was hot in the room.

The localisation is nice but the hotel is not a 4 stars hotel. There was no air co in the room, the water in the shower

The localisation, in the city centre close to the beach.

Very small and uncomfortable room even if we took the « confort » room. It’s not a 4 stars hotel. The parking is very expensive (30€/day).

Price does not meet quality.

Breakfast was sufficient from a variation and quality perspective. The swimming pool is heated.

The hotel has a worn down look and feel. Many cracks, stains all over the place from the carpet to the room walls and in the bath room (sink). There was also mold in the bathroom. The lobby of the hotel can also use some refurbishments to make it comfortable to sit and have a drink. The sauna was broken and visibly for a while already. Then don't advertise for it please.

Staff was polite and effective. The hotel is well located

"Onsite" parking was not onsite, but a couple of hundreds of meters away. Should have been announced by the hotel, it was not a problem for us, but could be a problem for others. The hotel was more a 3 than 4 star. The installation was not up to date. The sauna was not working, which should have been announced at booking time. Electric installation in the room a disaster!

wouldn’t go back

The breakfast was delicious and the staff very kind. Location is good too, just a few steps from the sea.

Our room was very noisy (you could hear people in the corridor or on the streets) the bed not comfy at all. The sink in the bathroom was leaking and the bathroom was flooded any time we washed amour hands. The resto is closed on Sundays and Mondays though there’s plenty of choice around.

Sauna broken Swimming pool area needs urgent update, much smaller than it looks on the pictures No soap in the shower at the swimming pool Door of our bathroom didn’t close (we had the suite). Curtain with a hole in it. Everything was less than expected. Not the experience we hoped for.

great staff and clean, but the hotel is old and half-broken, does not worth the money

Very nice and friendly staff, really felt welcome here. Breakfast was very good! And everything is very clean - rooms, other premises.

On the other hand - it seems like the owners of the hotel do not take care of it, everything is old and half broken, it needs cosmetic renovations. We booked this hotel for wellness and swimming pool - it was also broken, we were allowed to go to the hotel nearby.

We found it quote overpriced and overrated for the quality we experienced

Breakfast (various and well served) and position (very close to the seaside) were in line with our expectations for a 4 stars hotel

In general the facility was not clean - elevator and stairs were almost disgusting considering the hotel should be 4 stars - and overall the level of cleaning was not adequate (we found sand in our sheets after they were made)
