Good value.

They asked if you wanted the room cleaned daily/ towels changed- if you did not, they issued you a €5 bar voucher. Win win. Breakfast was really good.

Beds were uncomfortable and mattress was very soft.

Nice fresh rooms, close to everything and a good breakfast. Small fridge in the room which is always a plus. Several sockets available for charging phone etc.

Great breakfast, very helpfull staff, they provide us with extra cupons for the hotel bar, hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the train station and the beach.

Loud doors, we heard every step from the room above us and noise from the tram and from the pub across the street. But it was not too bad.

Very good value , staff has been good and helpful , breakfast was also good , there is a kettle in the room with some tea and coffee available . Lift and bar are available too , plus , The hotel is in a quite central position , as it's close to the beach , town center , train station and car park .

on our first nights there , we had noise issues ( we heard very very loud bangs ..late evening 23:30 and early morning 5/5:30 ) which , we believe , was from the room above ours ..

Good value for money and very nice personnel

Breakfast was quite sufficient. The personnel was great, very helpful. The hotel was an old one, however the rooms were very clean and renovated.

There was a fight next door until 2 am and since there is no phone in the rooms, we could not call the reception.

Amazing family-owned hotel with lovely hosts and great location

Amazing family hotel with great and very friendly hosts. The room was very large and extremely clean (plus generally very well kept). The room where the breakfast is served is worth visiting by itself - it has very high ceilings and an overall art noveau vibe. Very good location - 7 minutes from the train station and around 6 from the bus station to Bruges (if you also want to also make a quick visit there while staying in Blankenberge. The hotel is also within walking distance from the main attractions and only 4 minutes away from the beach. Good and varied breakfast.

Very OK for a short stay

Good value for money. Don't expect a lot but it's clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Good basic place for a night or two.

The Richmond staff is their biggest asset as they are 100% welcoming, helpful and cheerful!

Very quiet Bed being close to the windows were an added bonus as the draft helped in the hot weather The breakfast room is roomy which makes everything more pleasant and so much easier to have a relaxing and stress free breakfast

I didn't specify that I am disabled with mobilty issues so the size of the room (small) was a bit of a stuggle for me. It's been a while since I've travelled and my issues has worsened which is something I keep forgetting to take into account.

The cleanliness and location

The shower was broken , no water pressure, the doors came off the hinges , both of them, the wifi not working AT ALL THe staff was not nice, I told them about my stay, they didnt even apologize ! it was EXTREME;LY noisy outside

Place for a night

Small hotel in the center of Blankenberge, just 6-7 minutes from the beach. I don't order breakfast as shuold leave the hotel very early!

Small room, but enough for two people. The location of the hotel is in payd zone for car parking and you have to deal yourself with this. I couldn't book a parking in advance. Hotel don't posses own parking places.
