Rude reception staff. Despite pre requests for early check in ,they will not allow you even a second earlier unlike other big hotels.
The worst part is low quality and choice of breakfast. The biggest mistake was to book a room with breakfast included. Esp as Indians you have very limited options even if you are a non vegetarian. On the first day, the coffee machine broke and we didn't get coffee.
Overall, for the price u pay for breakfast you just don't get that kind of spread. I recommend booking a room without breakfast
There is no AC or any kind of ventilatior in the room and it gets very suffocating at night. They give you a small table fan , if that helps.
The only plus point is the location. Very close to the railway station and restaurants and a beautiful view of the lakes.
