We had a two-room family suite. One double bed in one room, and three single beds in the other. Accommodations were comfortable, and the bathroom (including shower) worked well for us.
Breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was wonderful. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, and more than happy to help us any way they could. Big thumbs up to the Aarburg team!
Of course, we weren’t in the hotel for any length of time - we were there to experience Interlaken and the Lauterbrunnen valley. All was wonderful and the views can’t be beat. We highly recommend a visit…would have preferred to have another couple of days at least!

Excellent choice for central access and walking distance with convenient cafe on site. Only downside was its location along busy streets which had fairly loud vehicle noise with the windows open at night. Also located in close proximity to a church so be prepared for the bells to chime throughout the night. Parking was available however a couple blocks away.

This is a bed and breakfast. The location is central and a great place to start the area daily tours. Though the place offers basic amenities, it is clean quiet and very friendly. No AC in the rooms and may be tough for elderly customers to climb the stairs since there is no elevator. We liked are stay in the placee and the price was very attractive compared with other properties around.
