Perfect hotel in Interlaken with easy access to train, bus and walking the town. The room was clean and comfortable, the balcony had great views of the mountains and paragliders, and the breakfast was a nice touch.

This 3 star hotel is just 2 mins from the train station called Interlaken West. The small lobby provides free water & hot drinks next to the check in counter. The staff is very happy to also offer directions/tips to the attractions nearby. A bus stop is conveniently located just 2 mins away too. Simple but hearty breakfast is included in my stay. My room type is called Standard Room that’s without aircon. Only a small tv but no amenities like toothbrush, etc

Perfect Location especially if you are traveling with a lot of luggage… Train/Bus station just steps away… Lots of Restaurants and Shops walking distance as well. Staff very accommodating. Had a very good stay. The view from the room was beautiful. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the friend desk explained everything in details to us. The complimentary coffee at the reception was enjoyable. They also let us keep luggage for the day. It is walkable distance from the station. Will stay again.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. The location is brilliant right next to Interlaken West train station, bus station and the boat stop for lake Thun. It is also near restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. We had a mountain view room with balcony which was really good. The breakfast was delicious especially the scrambled egg which is the best I've ever had in a hotel! I would definitely stay here again. It also has really good A/C.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from both the bus and train stations, which made getting around incredibly easy. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, especially compared to most European hotel standards, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Their hospitality made me feel very welcome. Overall, I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again on my next visit!

Thanks to the very warm welcome from the staff, I had a pleasant check-in experience. The property is conveniently located near Interlaken West Station, making it very easy to access public transportation. The facilities also appear to have been recently renovated, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. If I visit Interlaken again, I will definitely stay here!

My wife chose the Hotel for its proximity to the train station, local restaurants and sights. We loved the breakfasts as they would fuel our many excursions. We were also surprised that we were upgraded to a room with a view of Jungfrau! Hotel was clean and customer care was fantastic. We emade it to the Matterhorn as icing on the cake. We highy recommend this hotel!

Good hotel in convenient location. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. However, I did not like that they do not have a 24 hour front desk and, for that reason, I wouldn’t stay there again. Also did not like that they have signs in all breakfast tables saying you can’t take food, I am used to take a piece of fruit from breakfast to eat later and I felt like they “controlled” the food, had never seen it before. For these reasons I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
