It wasn’t very spacious, and the location provided on Booking.com didn’t lead us directly to the apartment, which made it quite difficult to find. Overall, the experience was okay, but not worth the price they’re charging.

It was an ok stay. I wouldn’t stay there again though . There are much better places to stay .

The studio was. Close to the rail station , interlaken west. Supermarket was close by also .

Very hard to find. Even the post office employee couldn’t find the address . Post office was opposite the studio apartment. The bed was not comfortable at all. The location was noisy.

Great room, great location

Great location, just 3 min walk to/from the train station. A lot of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Room is fully furnished and very clean. There are mini kitchen, fridge and coffee machine. The staff (Mr.Mario) is really friendly.

Central location

The apartment was in a good central location only a few minutes' walk from the train station. It had nice modern fixtures and fittings. The small kitchen area had everything we needed to cook meals.

We were only left two shower towels and one hand towel for us both to use i.e. 3 towels in total for our 4 night stay. The apartment did feel very warm and stuffy - although there is a fan in the wardrobe we could have used. This would definitely be needed in the warmer months.

Lovely place to stay again

Location is near train station just 2-3 minutes walk. The room is like apartment so guest can buy food for cooking itself. Some necessary cooking utensils and tableware are provided.

Great central Location.

Most comfortable bedding and pillows ever!!!! Had everything we needed. Super clean and updated. Large space. Host was fantastic. An unexpected view of beautiful mountains out the window!!!

Not a negative, just a note. Map brings you to a different entrance on the other side of the building. If you like a dark room to sleep in, bring an eye mask (I always do) because the parking garage has a light on all night and the blinds are not black out blinds. Heads up about the town: Stores close early in off season and are closed on Sundays.

Mario, the administrator, was absolutely great. Friendly, helpful, available whenever needed. Super!!

1. Air condition 2. The studio is vis a vis a post facility very active and noisy from 6.00 in the morning. Lack of AC mandates window open = all the noise is in the room.

We liked this one

It was a very nice stay. It's a pity that there was no air-conditioning - but it is a broader issue in Switzerland. Other than that, everything was fine and the host was very friendly. The free bus tickets were also a nice surprise.

Fantastic Interlaken Base

Studio Paola exceeded our expectations. The phots dont really do it justice. Good size bathroom, great storage space for luggage and your stuff. Kitchen was really great - so handy to have an oven and microwave in one. Bed and pillows super comfy. It was a bit hot but really appreciated having the fan provided. Quiet location but not far from everything you need and easy to get around. The best thing about Studio Paola is Mario, who felt more like an airbnb host than a booking.com person. He really cared about us and our experience and was so kind and helpful and friendly. We felt we could ask him anything and he was genuinely happy to help.

Excellent Location with Free Parking

Very nice pillows, Swiss made duvets and a Swiss made hairdryer. Great location so the Interlaken main Street and all restaurants are within walking distance. Easy parking spots along the building; you can see your car from the studio. The host Mario is a very nice gentleman.

very clean,new and compact, easy access and central

some difficulty in finding the unit though no fault of the owner. Street names and numbers are very confusing in Interlaken. Google maps is not much help. A suggestion would be to say the unit is in the street opposite the Post Office just after the Gym. This would make it much easier to find.

Well appointed downtown apartment with convenient and free parking

Mario met us upon arrival, showed us around the apartment and offered local recommendations. The apartment is conveniently located downtown and has a parking spot right out front, which was extremely helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals in the apartment.

There was nothing I didn't like about the apartment. Everything was wonderful.

숙소 사용 가이드가 부족(열쇠를 찾아서 숙소 찾아가는 방법, 음식물 쓰레기, 재활용 쓰레기 처리 방법) 수건 및 침구류(2인이 3박을 지냈는데 수건이 인당 큰거 1개, 작은거 1개가 전부임. 추가로 수령할 수 있는지 모르겠으나 가이드가 없었음) 집기류가 너무 낡음(프라이팬이 오래돼서 휘고 코팅이 모두 벗겨짐) 너무 어두움 매트리스가 너무 꺼져 있고 삐걱댐

생각보다 넓고 준비된 전자제품이 좋았어요. 밥도해먹었고 마트도 가깝고 쇼핑도 하고 패러글라이딩도 하고 하더쿨롬도 가고 위치가 가장 좋았어요

화장실이 너무 좁아요. 수건, 쓰레기 등 이용 매뉴얼이 없어서 아쉬웠어요.
