Super convenient location with friendly staff and a clean, cozy room.

Amazing Location

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel, which was extremely convenient and one of the highlights of my stay.

Unfortunately, some of the facilities did not meet my expectations. The iron provided in my room was not working, so I went to reception to request a replacement. The second iron I was given had a broken water lid. I immediately informed the staff about this, but I was advised that it was fine to use despite its condition. I found this response concerning, as using a damaged iron could be hazardous and felt unprofessional. While the location is excellent, I believe more attention should be given to the maintenance of facilities and to ensuring guest safety.

Wonderful location

Very near from Interlaken west station and the coop supermarket. Also near so many other shops cafes and restaurants and unterseen! The lady at the reception also gave us free early check-in, which was so nice and gracious!

Maybe just that the room was a little small but this isn’t even really a real complaint!

Staff desk Sylvio not friendly and threatened to calm the police if we do anything wrong. Also the rooms smelled bad.

Easy stay for people visiting nearby towns

Hotel was good value for what I paid. If they wanted to charge more they could consider renovating the property as it’s a bit old, but overall clean and met all my needs. The location was great, across the road from Interlaken West trains and buses, and tons of food around. Breakfast was sufficient and the staff were kind.

The TV kept cutting out, might be an internet access thing.

Location was perfect! next to the Interlaken West station...hard to beat that. The room was a good size and we were a group of 3. We had a very good breakfast with enough space for all the guests.

A bit more variety in the breakfast ( types of bread, bacon..etc) but honestly there was sufficient.

Great location and excellent facilities

Excellent location, just across the road to the hotel from Interlaken West Train Station. Friendly staff. Very clean room. Really good breakfast with a great variety of food. You can even boil eggs to the right hardness by yourself. Lovely decoration and interesting stature on every level. A nice restaurant next to the hotel entrance. It attracts tourists even not staying there. Good value for the money. Highly recommended.

Nice staff

Excellent location near the Interlaken West station. There are many carparking spaces near the station. I like the breakfast very much and there are sufficient choices to eat and drink. The staff are very helpful and nice. I left my small bag in the breakfast room and then got it back from a helpful staff. A big thank you!

Right next to the interlaken west train station

Well, if you are looking for convenience and don't want to drag your luggages too far, just book this hotel. It's right next to the train and bus station. There are also lots of shops, restaurants and supermarkets closed by. Good breakfast. Hams, sausages, eggs, cheese and bread.

Had a great stay. Great location for transport and restaurants. Very comfy room. T(e temperature was very hot and a fan was provided int(e room which was a great relief. I believe some rooms had air con but we didn’t. Staff very helpful and informative.. Breakfast was very nice.

Friendly hotel in good location near the station.

Excellent location within easy walking distance of the train station Interlaken West and the bus station. Despite being in a busy area there was not a lot of noise at night except for trains. We did have the window open though (there’s no air conditioning) and we were on floor 5. The staff were really helpful and friendly both at reception and at breakfast which was on the first floor with nice views of the mountains. There was a good selection of items at breakfast and I was delighted to find a kettle in our room.

The pillows and bed were too firm for me.

Welcoming, well run hotel

The location, right next to Interlaken West was perfect for us. The staff were welcoming and gave good advice. Our room was well equipped and had a great view from the little balcony. Everything was clean and worked. The breakfast was a decent buffet.

This is my second stay at this property. It is still the best and we got a room with a view of the alps. Breakfast is great and location is the best. Staff are friendly. I love everything about this hotel.
