Shower was not working. And when I brought it up to the reception, there was no reaction at all - No apologies, no action to fix it. It is the bare minimum we expect of a hotel to have a working shower and for some reason it is not working, then to get it fixed.

A very disappointing visit in a very shabby hotel. Room was at the far end of a very shabby building and through untidy corridors. Water cooler with no cups and coffee machines without coffee or cups. The room was clean but shabby. Flush on toilet hanging off the wall. QR code for hotel information not working. Restaurant has a very limited menu and many flies around it. My husband was ill the day after we stayed here. Can’t believe it has a 4 star rating. Staff were good.

This hotel is very convenient to Fontainebleu. It's a straight shot and only about 10 miles away. It's also a nice little rural location with an adjacent farm with goats. There were horses nearby as well. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming and the rooms were nice and clean.

Clean, very polite and very helpful staff over the phone, at the desk and in the dining room. Reasonably close by car to Fontainebleau. We were not able to use swimming pool or gym because of late arrival and early departure. Falls slightly short of reasonable expectations for a 4* hotel.

The sink was blocked after we checked in and unfortuantely no one was there to fix it. We were given access to the bathroom of another room around the corner. I asked for Gluten and Dairy free options due to my wifes allergies but no notes apparently made their way to them. Probably wont stay there again.

Well located near motorway on route from South of France to UK. Big car park - funny old 60s/80s mash-up building. Small but comfortable, clean room.
