Good location close to the chateau. Staff were friendly. Clean rooms.

Our superior room was somewhat disappointing. (Room 208) A green exit sign above the door was extremely bright & could not be covered as attached to the ceiling. This made going to sleep difficult. The light shone directly onto the bed. The room was also slightly tired & could do with a refresh. No complimentary slippers which would have been useful given the wooden floor & rug. No shower hat. Only one comfortable chair. The room was clean. Unfortunately we were also informed that breakfast ended at 10.30am but it actually ends at 10.00am.

Atmosphere of Swiss death clinic. Not one painting or book. Totally without warmth or atmosphere.really uncomfortable mattress either plastic sheet! Hard pillows.

Excellent location, exceptionally comfortable rooms, and lovely staff. I loved the decorations around the hotel, it is really classy. The ladies working at the concierge were always welcoming and very friendly

The breakfast buffet was rarely ready for 07:00, and the lady running the breakfast buffet on Monday and Tuesday was playing really loud music from her phone, which was not pleasant. I hope this review does not go public as I feel it would be unfair to have a negative comment on such a positive stay. But I feel the hotel should address this issue.

The interior of the restaurant was well designed and comfortable.

Unfortunately restaurant was terribly understaffed. We left one evening as it took over 20 mins to get a menu let alone eat . At breakfast there was no greeting or guidance as to the buffet which you would expect. There was no milk , water or water in the coffee machine . All poor service.
