A conveniently located hotel close to INSEAD a well as downtown Fontainebleau

The hotel was conveniently located for those attending INSEAD (a short walk to the campus), with a scenic short walk to the Château and downtown. The room included a small refrigerator which was convenient for cold drinks and food. Bed was comfortable and the room felt secure. The small desk by the window was a bonus feature that allowed me to do some work while enjoying a nice view of the street. The reception staff were friendly enough, and cleaning staff in particular were very welcoming and pleasant.

The breakfast options could have included some more vegetarian options, but overall it was enjoyable.

The hotel is excellent, with great facilities and the convenience of free parking on the property. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable. The on-site restaurant is also very good, offering a pleasant breakfast and dining experience. The staff were absolutely friendly, responsive, and welcoming, which made the stay feel warm and enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Top notch staff.

We had a really enjoyable one night stay here to break up a long drive. Our evening meal in the hotel restaurant was superb. Breakfast was excellent and varied. We had a lovely visit to the chateau before continuing on our way. Staff here were very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Recommend . Get a good price well worth it

Loved the free tennis and boule’s. Gorgeous design. Amazing food. Family and dog friendly and inexpensive electric car charging. Comfortable and beds were very good.

Bathrooms were a bit scruffy. No ice machine. Cold pool. I would definitely come back.

Location is amazing specially to whom is there for Insead, staff are so friendly and supportive.

Room Air Conditioning is very bad, i have requested technician and ended up with providing me a Fan. Air Conditioning is serious matter that should be fixed.

Excellent facilities, great bed, and for the purpose of spending time at INSEAD cannot be a better location.

Not refilling systematically the water bottles in the bedroom, this is a very minor point.

Great hotel within walking distance of the castle

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the castle and park, as well as from the old city center. The hotel itself is excellent, with convenient parking. A big plus is the quiet and cozy courtyard of the hotel. Children will love the micro zoo. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable. There is a tennis court, as well as a grill station. The lobby has comfortable spaces for remote work.

This is not a minus, but a tip for improvement - breakfasts. The choice of food is very poor, and I would also like the coffee not to be from capsules, because you have a normal coffee machine in the bar next door. Children's menu - you can't give meat with blood, but your burger patty is brought medium rare or even less.

Experienced a last-minute booking reversal by hotel management on check-in day, causing considerable disruption. The decision contradicted earlier staff commitments, leading to a negative impact on our event. Due to this unreliability, I advise against using this hotel for professional engagements.

Spacious, comfortable hotel and very convenient for INSEAD.

If studying at INDEAD, it’s the perfect location. Spacious room with a desk which is great for study. Nice foyer and restaurant. Helpful and friendly staff.

Small detail is that there are very few products in the bathroom. No shower cap, body lotion, etc
