The guy on reception was excellent; encouraged us to use our limited French skills brilliantly. Location for the Palace and the bars and restaurants in town was excellent

The room had a bad smell from unused drains when we arrived and had to call someone to sort it out. They were very responsive and solved the problem. It of course was very hot and I assumed the room had not been used until the drains needed flushing. Once resolved, no issues. I did try to get back to reception at 1145 before checkout time as I had gone for a walk but the front doors were locked. Thank goodness, I had not left my things inside in reception and had put them in the car instead otherwise I would’ve been very stuck.

This was a stopover on our way to the south, but a very nice stopover. Worth a return visit.

Breakfast was good. Super location for visiting chateau etc. Very nice family-run asian restaurant right next door.

Parking spaces were a bit tight, but we managed.

A generally good reliable hotel with the convenience of parking and late arrival check- in by code.

I liked the fresh bread and the yogourts. I liked the availability of cheese .

I did not like the bacon . I would have appreciated som fresh fruit. The machine for boiling eggs was slow to cook and as a consequence my egg was still raw!⁰

Clean, simple, relatively new hotel near the Chateau with working A/C and nice buffet breakfast

Great location right by Chateau de Fontainebleau. Good buffet breakfast with everything from croissants to yogurt, eggs, cereals etc. Air conditioning in room worked to keep it cool and sleep-able during a heatwave

I would've liked a conditioner in the shower in addition to the bodywash/shampoo.

Don’t hesitate to book loved everything. Seconds away from the Chateau and town centre.

We arrived very late in heavy rain. The receptionist was fabulous. Underground parking with access to the hotel. Bed was super comfortable. New hotel right next to the chateau. What a great breakfast. Another place that we will 100% going back to and going to stay at the Campanile. Only €14,50 to visit the outstanding Fontainebleau Chateau.

What a heartbreaker to leave, can’t wait to go back.

Excellent stop over in a wonderful town.

Location is excellent. The town centre and chateau are very close. Self check in was very convenient and easy. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Very secure carparking. Excellent breakfast selection. Overall, a very good overnight stop.

Limited evening food in the bar. Otherwise, an excellent stay. We will be back.

took a while to figure out the air conditioning. also we got stuck in the stairs bc we didn’t have our room key card. panicked a little then walked all the way down to the lobby level which opened, so it ended well.
