Unfriendly staff and tiny overpriced rooms

The hotel is located in the center of Fontainebleau. The room was clean.

The room was tiny, even smaller than a hotel room in Paris!!! Almost couldn't pass the bed with my suitcase. There was a problem with booking and I had two bookings for the same night "made for myself". Upon arrival I noticed that there were now two bookings shown for that night, so I asked at the front desk if one room could be refunded, since I could only be in one room at the same time, and it was confirmed by the front desk. Two days later however, both rooms were charged in full. There was just unfriendly replies from the hotel, and never in English. Booking told me to contact the hotel, the hotel told me to contact booking. 178€ for one night in a tiny room, times 2.... We won't be coming back, not a typical, relyable ibis experience for me.

Its was okay, i just expected more for the price.

Quality of the breakfast was great. Nightstaff was incredibly friendly Shower was nice and hot. Also very good water pressure. Everything was nice and clean

The room was tiny and stuffy. The bed was like sleeping on a plank of wood. The air conditioner was broken. The window didn't have any hooks, so you could only open it all the way. The breakfast was good, but they didn't refill the food when it ran out. Both of the juicers were broken too. The parking spaces under the hotel are impossible to get in and out of. Someone damaged my car because they had to push their door into my car to get into theirs. It's a bit expensive for what you get.
