Correct for the price, this is not a luxury place. Everything was ok but nothing special. Hotel could do with a bit of renovating but then the price is reflective of that. Bed was comfortable and we got a good sleep.

I had a ground floor (21) in January and temperature in the room was very low. In the bathroom was temperature even lower. When I complained at reception desk, they answered me it’s winter time, so cold should be expected. Such a bad behavior.

It’s only 3-minute walk to the palace and close to restaurants and supermarket and fruit store. The only concern is the ventilation of the room and I saw mold buildups on the tiles of the shower room. The staff immediately cleaned it after I bring out this problem.

We had a nice stay. The hotel is situated in the city center close to the castle. Friendly staff and good breakfast. We had a good size room for our family of 4.

Good location; tricky a bit to get to (as the street was closed to traffic). You can’t leave an air conditioner on while you are gone, and the room does not cool down quickly.

I use cpap machine to enable me to breath and sleep soundly. Unfortunatly, the light and electricity went off on the night of June 9 2 24 to a total darkness, not even fire light backup, not even a backup generator. The hotel was not prepared for such a bad situation. Could not fall back asleep because of the shock of waking up not being able to breath. I called the office and they claimed that never happened before.

Location of hotel was perfect to everything where you would want to go and places to see. Lots of restaurants nearby. The only negative was the size of the rooms. The bed took up the whole space. My husband and I could not pass each other at the foot of the bed because the space was tight. Barely room to store luggage. Few amenities.

Clean but small room. Underground parking for 15€ Excellent breakfast. Very convenient location in the city center. Short walking distance to the Chateau. We chose Fontainebleau as a first stay overnight after landing in the morning from the States and it was a good decision.
