Lata Luxury Rooms

Location was very good, room was clean, nice shower, fridge and safe. The room was basic ok for a couple of nights.

We thought it was a hotel, there was no reception, just a guy standing at the door, when we left we were told to leave key in key box but it didn’t fit we ended up leaving room opened with key inside as there was nobody to tell us what to do. WiFi wasn’t very good, the view was onto roof tops.

The location was definitely the best part of the stay. Via del Corso 504 is extremely central and only about a 5-minute walk from the metro station, which made exploring Rome very easy. The rooms are in the 2nd floor and there is a lift to use. The room size was fair and comfortable enough, the bathroom was modern and beautiful, and the daily housekeeping service was appreciated.

Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. The biggest issue was the internet connection. Mobile signal inside the room was already weak, but the Wi-Fi was even worse. One router was shared between three apartments, and during most of our stay we could not connect to the internet at all. This makes the accommodation very inconvenient for business travelers. The TV was also disappointing. It was configured only in Italian, so even foreign-language programs and English-speaking movies were playing with Italian audio. On top of that, the TV was not even a smart TV, which made it practically useless for us. There was a half-used bottle of water left in the fridge from previous guests. There were also no mosquito screens on the windows, so opening the windows at night was impossible because of mosquitoes. Finally, the fridge was not cooling properly.

Super big room, enjoyed the bathroom. Great privacy and solid location.

The bed, my partner struggled to sleep at all due to the hardness of the bed and pillows. You can also hear everyone entering the building floor incredibly loud
