Simply ease of checking in to the property and able to leave our luggage securely until our room was ready

The whole staff from Gianmarco, to Mariana and Pedro, super nice people! Gianmarco let us check in early which was very helpful. His place is very central and I’m a quiet street. The breakfast place he has a partnership with also really good and welcoming. Overall great room with all needed amenities including frigobar filled everyday.
There was nothing I disliked, but mostly these are ideas of improvement. The place has big potential so I would invest more in making the walls of the rooms soundproof as you may hear from other closer rooms. Adding a blackout curtain and Google Chromecast so guests can watch their own shows would be nice additions as well.

Everything was perfect and clean! The host are very good and very helpful. Everything we wanted we where communicate easy with the host. Everyday the cleaning lady clean your room if you want. The location is also perfect near shops near spanish steps and 15 minutes walk from fundana trevi.
The only thing that we didn’t like is that the tv is very small and not smart tv but this is not a a big problem

-excellent location
-ROOM DOESNT HAVE A WINDOW so no day light, no fresh air, for me personally completely claustrophobic
-I payed city tax 7€/day which supposed to be a rate for 4* hotels, didn’t get any receipt either and they required only cash
-they offered airport shuttle for 70€. I took an official taxi and payed 40€.
