We really like the location and the apartment was clean
The fact that there were stairs to to drag the luggage The bed was not as comfortable and made noise.

Great location in the heart of Rome. The superior rooms on the fourth floor are large enough and one of our party had a suite on the fifth floor which had a lovely roof terrace. Facilities were everything we needed and there are small areas/seating for meeting up. The lift was a must for the high floor rooms but was scary on the outside of the building!
Via Corso is a busy street so some street noise was expected but early morning bin and street cleaning was quite noisy. Daily servicing of the rooms but not bed sheet changes, towel changes were quite random. Room carpets were stained. Care is needed on marble stairs and landing when it is wet and there were little changes in floor level that can be trip hazards.
