Great location and staff. Large room, good shower. Air con worked well.
Air con slightly noisy. Walls are really thin and noise from adjacent room was at times horrific, especially late at night. The coffee machine is not in your room and there seemed to be no milk. It would be nice to have a coffee in the morning without having to get dressed and go to the lobby area. Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke which was a little disappointing.

All you need for a city trip. Amazing location next to Piazza Popolo. Host was very communicative and friendly.
Nothing particular, noise was traveling across the building, but not too bad.
