Il punto di forza della struttura è senza dubbio la posizione, in pieno centro e a due passi dalla metro. La camera è piuttosto spaziosa e funzionale.

Il bagno era estremamente piccolo, senza una mensola su cui appoggiare gli oggetti e abbiamo fatto fatica a condividerlo, essendo in tre. Non c’era uno specchio a figura intera, ma solo uno specchio da bagno scarsamente illuminato, per cui risultava particolarmente difficile truccarsi lì. Nonostante il resto della camera e del bagno fosse pulito, sul soffitto c’erano delle ragnatele.

The location was fantastic; we could walk everywhere. We didn't try breakfast.

The room was a bit small, which made things a little difficult for us. Also, the bathroom didn't have a door, which we didn't like in terms of usability, but that's entirely a matter of taste. Regarding my review of the accommodation, I received a rude response via WhatsApp from my private number; I was advised to change my review and stay in a 5-star hotel for a better experience :) This is entirely my personal opinion and it doesn't concern you as accommodation management, you can't pressure me. My review is only about the balance between the service provided and the price I paid. Yes, you allowed us to check into the room at 10 am, thank you. (That's what you wanted to hear, right?) But what about the things I didn't mention? Let me tell you: Cockroaches were found in the triple room; one was dead, I found it near the bathroom at night, and the other escaped under the door threshold, I couldn't catch it. Should I blame you for this? Is this fair? Cockroaches can be found in damp environments and old buildings. Precautions were taken, apparently (as evidenced by the dead cockroach), but not enough. Instead of responding and giving advice via my private line because you didn't like my first review, I suggest you consider why we gave such a low rating. We actually gave a 6, but I'm sure many guests who encountered insects would give a 1. As I said, my rating is between 5.5 and 6. Do you understand now why I gave this rating? Do you think it's right for me to say things I didn't say before? But I guess your answer will be nothing more than "that's a lie." I now expect an apology from you; what you wrote is not at all pleasant. Furthermore, I do not accept you labeling a guest staying at your facility as a liar. I expect an apology from you and your facility.
