The location and classy style
For a hotel of this standard and price, the breakfast was very disappointing. There wasn’t enough food left for guests arriving after 8 am, and the selection was extremely limited: no fruit, fresh vegetables, eggs, ham or other cold meats. Even the cheese was processed. What was essentially coffee and toast with jam hardly lived up to the advertised “free breakfast.”

The location of the hotel is a short walk from the metro station, Flaminio. The rooms are clean and have an ensuite bathroom. The hotel was next door to a couple of restaurants. We ate at the closest and everyone enjoyed the food. (2 adults and 4 children) It is beside the Twin Churches and Leonardo Da Vinci museum. It felt like a safe neighbourhood.
We had no complaints.

Location was great with restaurants near by.
The description stated 24/7 reception which was absolutely not the case. Sat in the reception for 45 minutes waiting for someone so I could check in. When I was later in my room I tried to phone reception as I had a question and still no answer after calling 3 times.
