    This place was dirty, and smelly. There was black mold all over the bathroom and when we told the manager we didn’t want to stay in that room he laughed in our faces. You can get much better accommodation that’s more central for the same price. We had to leave and book a new hotel with no refund

    Booking here at first i was skeptical because they cost way less than other hotels but when we checked in we realized we found a gem!!!! This hotel is very nice, new, clean and big enough for your luggages! The staff are very accommodating. They also have water, coffee and snacks at the reception. They also have a lounge area where you can put your luggage and chill just in case its check out day and you’re not ready to leave yet. The bathroom is big! And the bed is comfy. Hotel smells good too! The room, the elevator and the lobby! The decorations are so nice, its really a boutique hotel! Location is also good since its near enough to walk to the prime locations! But the winning part is the price. For how this hotel looked and the ammenities and the services they are charging less than they deserve. And i mean it. Thank you for making our rome trip awesome and budget friendly! Will definitely stay here again!

    The hotel is really well located but rooms are a bit small and with some issues in the bathroom. They were finally fixed but it took some time.

    This hotel is cute and in a great location however do not stay here if sleeping on cement is a problem for you. They really need to update their bedding - I’ve never had such a bad experience and it wasn’t like this place is cheap! Italy has firm mattresses which I usually love however this hotel has a very thin/ hard spring mattress with the springs literally poking out at you. I woke up with a bruise on my hip from it and asked the next day for a mattress topper. Asked multiple times and when I got back to the hotel they promised they had done it but when I got into bed it looked like they’d maybe added an extra sheet only. It was so bad! Also no help with luggage even just to open the door for you when you have multiple pieces travelling by yourself they just sit and ignore you. Would not recommend this hotel until they make some updates.
