    We hv a stay for 2nights in HAOSTAY. The reception staff was very friendly and offered us including my 4 year-old kid a breakfast . The breakfast was very delicious but my kid didn’t like the sandwiches so I asked the staff to see if can offered him a toast and boiled egg instead on the next day. The staff is very considerate and helpful. The room is spacious and the view of Mt. Fuji is stunning. My family do enjoy the stay and my kid said he’s looking forward to the suika room next time.

    Staff was good. Location pretty far from kawaguchiko station. morning they have shuttle bus, but if you want to go back hotel dont have shuttle. Location was not really good, very near cemetery. Night was really dark , you have to pass by the cemetery to get to the hotel. Breakfast everyday given the same menu, im bored of that. Sorry
