Nice house in a spectacular environment

Very nice location. The house was clean, the kitchen well-equipped and the bedrooms and bathroom very comfortable. We only stayed for one night and were very happy with the house. If you stay for a longer period of time, you should note that there is no dedicated living room to relay (just a corner of the kitchen) and no dining table other than the bar-stool type table in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay!

The bedrooms were lovely, with great views and in a stunning location Well equipped kitchen and lovely bathroom The welcome pack was very good, fresh bread and milk etc. which was very much appreciated

The seating area was not suitable for 4 adults staying for more than one night A tumble dryer would have been helpful as we wanted to use the washing machine but had no way to dry clothes due to the weather

Very nice stay at the Isle of Skye, quiet, roughly 15 minutes by car from Portree. Very clean and equipped. The welcome package for the breakfast was very appreciated.

Great property which is close to most of the attractions!

Great property and is located to most attractions. Just short drive to town or nearby convenient store. The host has provided a warm welcome package which was consisted of milk, juice and a loaf of homemade bread which was delicious.

Lubricating the hinges of some of the doors to eliminate squeaking noise.

Perfect place to explore the beautiful Skye!

We stayed 2 nights during our road trip through Scotland and we couldn’t have loved this place more: comfy beds, kitchen with all necessary utilities, amazing breakfast welcome-pack… it is also very well located to explore the most iconic Skye landscapes: Old Man of Storr, Fairy Glen, Quiraing… 100% recommended!

I love the cleanliness, the interior of the property and the view. The owner was kind and provide us with welcome breakfast pack.we had issue with the toilet lighthing as we did not know how to turn on and the owner straight away come.

Lovely little cottage that was perfect for what we needed for the night.

It is a fully equipped house in a beautiful location. We were surprised and delighted to find orange juice, milk and cereal for breakfast. The host is readily available if required.

Impressive Skye views!

Beautiful property and excellent location. We loved the view and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and we appreciated the little extras (homemade bread, jam, wine and beer : )

There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. The host told us to our water down the shower drain but it didn’t help. We kept the door closed and the rest of the apartment stayed fresh.

Skye is beautiful and the house is perfect for our 3 days stay.

The view from the house is superb, the Lealt Falls is just less than a km away. You can see the sea from the house. Though it is a bit far from the town but if you go to Skye, you would want to be away from town and near to nature. It is about 10 min drive to the Old Man of Storr and other beautiful places. You need a car of course to go around the island. And I would suggest that you bring enough food or stuff for cooking. The house owner provides us with welcome pack - bread, butter, jam, milk and some breakfast cereal. The house is very clean, beds are comfortable, kitchen are complete, heater works fine, and hot water is available all the time.

Nothing that we don’t like, everything was perfect. Just make sure you have enough food for your stay because the town is a bit far & most of the restaurants are only doing takeaway, and for dine in, you need to make reservations in advance or else you won’t be able to get any seats especially if you come in big group.

The location next to the waterfall was peaceful and beautiful. Janice, the host was very thoughtful with her attention to detail and little extras. I wish we could have stayed longer. Best accommodation we stayed in while in Scotland.

Great location north of portree with beautiful views

Beautiful location nearby to Lealt Falls. The house was very clean, comfortable and cozy. We found all the necesary conveniences to make a nice supper plus the little extras ( fresh bread, jam, oatmeal, cookies and a welcoming drink that we found on our arrival) which we didn't expect made for a pleasant pleasant stay.for our group of 2 couples. Comfortable beds and great views all at a reasonable price.

Beautiful and quiet house.

Very nice and quiet house in the middle of the Highlands of Skye. There are beatiful waterfalls and trekking routes close to the house. There is also a beautiful sky view in the night.

Lovely place to restore yourself. Beautiful and comfortable.

The hostess helped me with the keys. Very nice and generous lady. Gorgeous location and pretty remote. There's a separate sitting room and lovely functional kitchen.

As expected, WiFi was very spotty. Note that the bedrooms are upstairs, so you'll need to lug your things upstairs

Great apartments with terrific views

Easy to find – the entrance is off the main road to Staffin, not the side road the Satnav tried to take us. The apartment is within the same building as the owner, which made communication very easy. Instructions to access the key were easy and on time. The rooms are on 2 levels, well furnished, friendly, warm and comfortable. Great bathroom with toiletries. Terrific view from the double bed onto the sea. The host, Janice, supplied a few essentials including wine! I had bought groceries in the large Coop in Broadbridge earlier on. My one quip is that the kitchen was missing a few useful items, but nothing unsurmountable. Huge tv. Internet was a bit hit and miss, but that’s the geography of the area. Bedrooms had better connection. Perhaps these could have had more sockets for plugging in chargers’ but as we were a family of 4 adults, had a lot of tech with us. Parking was right in front of the entrance. It was an expensive stay but then everything in Skye seems to be expensive! However, very worth it, we wished we had stayed longer. Thanks Janice! Don’t miss the Lealt Falls Viewpoint opposite – you can see the house from it.

Very cozy

It was very cozy and clean. The rich welcome pack of bread, milk, butter and cereal, as well as the DVD and board game collection made us feel very much at home. There were many facilities available: washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and everything else needed for a long, comfortable stay. Beds were very comfy. View from the windows was beautiful and there are many great places to visit within walking distance.

The WiFi was poor and the water in the shower smelled a bit funny.

We loved our stay at Lealt Falls house! our host made us so welcome with a lovely greeting, snacks and thoughtful touches. The house was very clean and comfortable. it was easy to find and the views were incredible. only a short walk to view the Lealt Falls.

We greatly enjoyed the property and appreciated all the fine details to make it feel like home.

There’s a lot to like—great location, easy check-in process, extremely clean property, and comfortable beds. Towel warmer was a nice touch. Owner was very hospitable and even provided a variety of snacks and drinks. He did a great job of making our stay feel like it was our home.

Wi-Fi connectivity was initially sporadic but got much better.
