Location, space and cleanliness.
There was no coffee (as advertised) The coffee bin was empty. We could not get the key to work to lock the door. so the whole trip we had an unlocked door.

Great location, easy access, everything worked
Check out time was too early. A better welcome pack would have been nice, perhaps some milk for tea etc

House itself was nice
No instructions for how to use things in the house like the towel heater, tv, etc. also the kitchen was not stocked well at all - not a single mixing bowl and only a single drinking glass among other shortages. Dishwasher had to be unloaded. Book said log to burn was left for use - not true. Also said coffee and milk left for use - not true. Towel heater did not work. Hot water usage caused terrible noises. Terrible communication with property managers and/or owners.
