I would recommend Phoenix in Portree as a base for exploring Skye.

Great place for 4 of us. Location ideal. Facilities to cook a meal. Laundry facilities really appreciated for us.

Great location if exploring Skye!

Great location. I liked having a full kitchen and also a designated parking spot. Having a washer in unit was really good. but it was weird that the dryer was location outside of the unit? Walking distance to grocery store and also the Harbor.

We were a bottom unit and if the top unit was doing their laundry it would literally shake our unit. That was the only issue I had. Everything else about this unit was great

Nice little flat in the center of Portee.

Nice 2 bedrooms flat in the center of Portree. Restaurant and shops are a 5 minutes walk. Check-In was super easy and the parking space was really a plus. I really appreciated the separate dryer that allowed me to quickly dry our clothes after washing them.

The upstairs neighbours can be loud. On our first night the guests of Flat 1 ran the washing machine all night which prevented us from sleeping. Luckily for us they left the next day and the second night was much calmer.

Good place to stay

Location is perfect: very close to the city centre, bus station and Co-op. The flat is very nice, even better than on pics: warm, cozy, comfy.

The carpet needs a good clean. It would be great to have a few dishwasher tablets and washing capsules. The fridge was off when we arrived, but we noticed only when we came back from the walk and found our food are not chilled.

Good location and has a parking spot. Very comfortable and worked well for our family of 4. I liked having plenty of hot water for us all to shower!

Refrigerator is small but kept what we had cold. Bed was a little firm.

We stay at the lower level and upper stairs client was using the washing machine at 22:00 the spinning noise was too long and made us couldn’t sleep. The second night was great since the owner noticed the upper stairs client.

Great location, great view out the back slider, off street designated parking was super helpful. They sent out good directions before our stay. Washer in kitchen worked well. Beds were comfortable, and bath adequate.

Clothes dryer was outside the unit in a separate shed. It wasn't very clean.

It is a comfortable and clean house in the downtown of Portree. It is enough equipped, as described. The village itself is quiet and peaceful, so it is also the house.

It is expensive although it is understandable because Portree and the island and really beautiful and there are few housings there.

Great place to stay in central portree

Centrally located within portree, short walk to shops, cafes etc. Very comfortable beds, and lovely and clean.

Couldn't find the cushions for outdoors, or board games. Although it says that toiletries are there, this is just soap, although this didn't take away from our stay.

Great delightful stay in the heart of Portree.

The location was amazingly close to the city centre, boots and the city harbour (2 minute walk). Check in was a breeze. The house was clean, cosy and warm. Bathroom was spacious clean and well lit. The kitchen was stocked with quick breakfast (corn flakes, muesli). Eddie (owner) was amazing at helping and replying to all texts. There was ample parking space just outside the house. There was an outside seating area which we couldn't use because of the rains through our stay.

Nothing much really. Just the one bathroom for 4 people made us a little late every morning but that's just us!

The property was immaculate and extremely well maintained, everything that you could need was provided and the location was fantastic. the host even provided an app with everything you could need to know including hi TS and tips on where to shop , eat and where to visit) I would recommend this property and most definitely stay here again on our next visit

A very good place to stay with nice fittings and very comfortable.

The apartment is a good size and very conveniently located. Following directions to get there were simple. In the warmer weather it would be nice to take advantage of the deck off the living room. The beds were nice and comfortable and the bathroom a reasonable size.

There were no issues which were a real problem but it would have been handy to have a printout of advice about things such as heating. There was a Q code you could use to access information but neither of us had a phone that could read these things.

we were unable to turn on any heat , it was chilly in the mornings . There was a very annoying light that came on and off all night long and unfortunately we found the beds uncomfortable.

The apartment is very well signposted. It is large enough for 3 or 4 people. The area is very quiet.

The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, but there are few cutlery.

Great apartment with the perfect amount of space for a family of 4. Close to the co-op for groceries. Loved the washing machine and ability to do laundry midway through our trip.

Just a note that there isn’t a dryer so while able to wash clothes we had to hang dry all throughout the apartment to dry as it was raining outside both days we were there.
