Some dust behind the head of the bed, plugging in the phone chargers exposed that and set off dust allergies.

We liked the location. Being so far north meant it was relatively quick and easy to get to Old Man of Storr, and the Quirang. The dinosaur footprint rocks are walking distance. Portree is only a 15-minute drive.
The kitchen had all the cooking equipment we needed.
The shower gave adequate hot water.
A handy pile of brochures and maps was in the apartment for our use.
The bedrooms are small. In both bedrooms, there is enough room to sidle around the end of the bed, but not enough room to open the cupboard at the end of the bed, making half the cupboard space useless. There is therefore nowhere to unpack if you are staying multiple nights (as we did). I lived out of packing cubes piled up next to the bed.
I could not work out the heating. It seemed to be either full blast on, or off (only by turning off at the wall). We appreciated not being cold, but it got a bit stuffy.
There were niggling repair issues, which I left notes for in the handy book provided for that purpose.
