Clean, close to the beach and enough storage for everything
No gate on the porch outside the caravan so was never really able to relax when the kids was asleep with having to have doors open due to heat

The location - so close to the seashore! Also very close to Mablethorpe for supermarkets, restaurants etc.
Ease of access, privacy, cleanliness and cosiness.
There was everything I needed for my 5 nights' stay.
As a solo traveller I felt perfectly safe.
The bedroom smelled a little musty, as if it hadn't been thoroughly aired for a while.
The lack of fan over the oven was a little concerning, so I cooked with a window open to make sure I didn't set off the alarm.

Perfect little site, so quiet and the caravan was so cosy and very clean. We slept great and loved the short walk up to the seafront.

Very clean and tidy with lots of lovely touches to make it a little more comfortable
The beach is literally throwing distance from the caravan but my mother is partially disabled and 89 so the steps up to the beach was too much and unexpected so I clearly did not ask the right questions….. lesson learnt.
