It was clean, comfortable and close to the English Institute of Sports Sheffield were my daughter was training

The property was great, but I feel the customer service could be much better. I had to sit outside the property for an hour before I could get access cos the code was not sent even though the system had confirmed my arrival time. Several calls later, I finally got through to the host. Apparently, my booking had not been received. Messages I sent thereafter were not responded to. On the day I was to leave the property, a car drove up to the property 10mins before check out time which made me slightly anxious. Not sure if it was the host or the cleaner.

The property was very clean on arrival, it was perfect for our stay. We just needed a house/apartment close to the Utilita Arena in Sheffield.

The property was very hot due to the heatwave but that’s no fault of the owners. We forgot to bring a fan so we roasted a bit 😅. But, they did have a lovely and clean garden so we got some fresh air from there. I will definitely bring a fan next time!

Spędziliśmy godzinę pod drzwiami, bo podany w umowie kod do skrzynki z kluczami był nieprawidłowy. Właściciel to oszust. Wymusił na mnie wpłatę depozytu 250 funtów za podanie prawidłowego kodu do skrzynki. W umowie NIE BYŁO mowy o depozycie. Na moje pytanie o zwrot depozytu zerwał ze mną kontakt.
