Great location

Great location for the arena, good parking, clean and quiet.

Property needs some tlc, extra bedding for the sofa bed. More cutlery etc for a group of six.

Comfortable and functional

Very nice and warm. Clean and plenty of towels, good amount of crockery if needed. Great location within walking distance to all amenities and just under a 20minute walk to the Sheffield utilita arena (which is why we booked here for a concert). There was a hair dryer and straighters too. Some cleaning items eg. New sponge and dish cloth and washing up liquid. All crockery was clean and satisfactory. If you are expecting luxury I would not stay here but it is comfortable enough.

I wouldn’t say it is a luxury apartment as there is quite a bit of wear and tear but it was clean. It could do with some Prosecco/champagne glasses if I was to really be picky. Could do with some dishwasher tabs too as there is a dishwasher but they were not provided.

Only good thing about this property is that it was close to the Arena.

Unfortunately this property was not as described. Advertised as 'luxury' and with a hot tub. We arrived and as soon as we walked in were greeted with an awful smell possibly cigarette smoke. The property was far from clean. Bedding smelt like it had already been slept in...not fresh. Hadn't been hoovered. The bin was covered in something gross. We literally walked in...dumped our stuff and went out for food as didn't feel clean enough to eat in. Was so bad we were looking for alternative accommodation but as we had already paid over £250 for here we had no choice but to stay. We had taken swimming costumes to use the 'hot tub' which wasn't even there. Garden furniture all broken, grass in garden overgrown. It could do with a full house freshen up...there was squashed bugs on some of the walls, cobwebs in corners of rooms. Rubbish behind bedside table. Really disappointed.

Perfect for a short or long stay and felt very homely!

It was close to Don Valley Bowl so we could walk and it had everything we needed for our stay including hair dryers, iron & board and even stdaighteners should you forget yours! Also, the area was quiet and we slept well in comfy beds and pillows!

The bin outside was full, but that's a council thing and shouldn't reflect badly on this accommodation!

Comfortable and ideal for our needs.

The property was close to the event we were attending. There was parking outside the property which was a bonus as we had some heavy sports equipment to load and unload. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture was comfortable

Generally the place was absolutely fine for our needs. The only minor comments would be that the outer letter box flap was missing and this allowed the wind to whistle through. Also, although we didn't use it, the garden furniture could do with replacing as it looked past it's best.

Basic Accommodation near to Utilita Arena Sheffield

Excellent location for walking to Utilita Arena Sheffield. Comfy clean beds, good shower, driveway parking.

Tatty kitchen, living room & bathroom in need of redecoration. Basic additions like a mirror in the downstairs toilet and towel rails / hooks in the bathroom would have made a world of difference. The wifi didn't work either.

Living with ants

We found lots of ants when we stepped into the house. They are all around near the entrance and some of them in the kitchen and cupboard where the pots and pans are. They are residents there apparently. Our bread placed on the table were spoiled the next morning.

Very good

Location was excellent for the Boys as it was close to their working site. Host was very friendly and helpful and helped with the booking process as was for same night. Would stay again if in area for work.

There were a few things that could have been better and updated in property but didnt effect the stay or the comfort.

overall it is a nice place but personally I think the stay wasn’t worth what we payed. but very clean and beds were amaz

the beds were very comfy, and the heating was amazing, very fast coming on. location was great too. the host was also lovely over message good communication.

the shower was not on the wall which was fairly annoying especially for us girls! the battery’s in tv remote were flat so had to go and buy some although the host offered the housekeeper to come over the next day to sort it. I did think there might be some tea / coffee bits there but none there which is fair enough not all places do. one of the lamps In the bedrooms didn’t work, one bed was missing a pillow and there was no bath matt in the bathroom.

Spędziliśmy godzinę pod drzwiami, bo podany w umowie kod do skrzynki z kluczami był nieprawidłowy. Właściciel to oszust. Wymusił na mnie wpłatę depozytu 250 funtów za podanie prawidłowego kodu do skrzynki. W umowie NIE BYŁO mowy o depozycie. Na moje pytanie o zwrot depozytu zerwał ze mną kontakt.
