Simple somewhat ugly room but well equipped and well functioning. Good AC. Quiet. Surprisingly good location close to Marjan and beach. Old town not far to walk.
This is not a hotel, just a room/apartment in a high-rise. The host must come and let you in and give you the key. In our case, this took 1,5 hours (after host said 1 hour). But if you arrange this in good time I'm sure it works well! €200 a night is expensive for just one simple room with no service.

A wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. The location is excellent—it is very close to the Old Town, and you can easily walk to all the key spots in the city, yet the area itself remains quiet and peaceful. A special highlight was Mrs. Mira, who was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive to all our needs, making us feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Everything was pretty close (Lidl - 2 mins, a really great restaurant - 10 mins, beach - 15 mins, Riva - 15-20 mins).
