Quiet neighborhood, we saw turtles from the balcony. Close to the city centre.

Great service and contact with the owner, who helped us in a difficult situation with the car. She transported our luggage and contacted mechanics on our behalf

Close to the old town, and very clean and accessible.

Great host, responsive, instructions to check in clear, and 15 mins away walking to the old town It was great with kids, it had everything we needed. The parking is on the street, we were lucky to find a place, but there are alternatives nearby. Neighborhood was also great and safe.

Great location, property can use some upgrades.

Great location, very much walkable to all good spots in Split town. Parking spots were available which made it easy for us to park our car at the property and walk everywhere.

No AC in the bedroom made it hard to sleep especially as split had 35c temperature. Kitchen was dated. Definitely not worth the price we paid for the night of stay.

Exceptional

My flight got cancelled so I arrived around midnight and stayed only one night. The host was extremely friendly and offered and gave her help wherever she could. The location is perfect and the apartment well equipped, comfortable and very clean.

Worth every penny!

Everything was fine, but cleanliness deserves a separate mention: I have been to many places from 9€ capsule hostels to top-notch 5-star palaces and learned that prestige and price do NOT matter when it comes to cleanliness; there were sterile hostels, cleaner than some hospital rooms and there were luxury hotels with spider nets and wasp nests. When I was reading reviews of this place, I wasn't taking all those notes on cleanliness seriously ... I realized I couldn't have been more wrong about this: the apartment was SPOTLESS! Not a single place which your typical cleaning staff skip during routine visit had even a slightest amount of dust or dirt. Also I really liked the fact that towels and bathroom supplies/amenities were there from the host. Just exactly what you need on after a long trip of getting to Split.

a home from home, really!

Best of all was the washing machine!! :) We felt really at home here! We came at the wrong time of year, because the Ultra Festival was on, that's why the appartment was so expensive! All amenities were present, down to pegs for the washing line, soap for the machine, freezer, kettle etc.. The price was ok though, because all the electrical appliances were in mint condition! Also the site of the flat was 1a!! Same distance to the school as to the centre... perfect!

The place was a bit smaller than expected, but big enough for us! The terrace was the entrance to the flats, so no chance of putting table and chairs outside!! Otherwise absolutely no complaints!

Great pleace to stay in Split

Apartment Marin is a perfect place to stay in Split, you will feel like home or like you stayed at friends flat. It’s closed to the Old Town, park Marjan. You can park for free at the street next to the place and Branka will help / guide you with everything recommending best places to visit. There are shops (konzum, tommy) nearby, local coffe bar Frank, bacary... The apartment is equipped with all you need or even more :)

Great apartment, super clean and very, very well equipped. We had all we need. The apartment is well arranged and realy spacious for it's size. It is also close to the old town, just a few minutes walk. Mrs. Branca welcomed us in the apartment and gave us many good tips about Split and area.

Un appartement exceptionnel

L’appartement Marin-Late vous assure un confort comme à la maison. Il ne manque rien ! Il est très bien placé, on peut tout faire à pieds…il est très bien équipé, et pas avec de la récupération mais avec dès ustensiles et déco haut de gamme. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet appartement. La gentillesse de la propriétaire est encore un plus! Elle est bienveillante et pense à tout dans le moindre détail! Le top du top!

Nous n’avons jamais vu un appartement aussi bien équipé… avec autant d’attentions… La disponibilité et la gentillesse de notre hôte… toujours à notre écoute… il nous a fourni des renseignements précieux pour la suite de notre séjour. Appartement bien situé à 15 mn à pied du centre ville… dans un quartier très calme

Muy bien equipado, hablo de detalles como pasta de dientes, champú, espuma pelo, desodorantes de muchos tipos, cafetera de cápsulas con 4 cápsulas de café, cocina muy bien equipada, camas cómodas. En general, excelente. Aparcamiento al lado, aunque tardamos y ratito en encontrar sitio. La anfitriona encantadora, en todo momento pendiente para darnos Consejos y recomendaciones.

C'était top. Ne pas hésiter mais anticiper de se garer puis marcher

Personne très agréable, disponible et envieuse de permettre aux hôtes d'avoir les meilleures infos possible pour passer un super séjour. L'appartement est très confortable, mignon et spacieux.

La notion de parking est très relative. Il faut se garer dans la rue, c est déjà très occupé, il faut monter sur des trottoirs pour de nombreuses places et il faut beaucoup tourner avant de trouver. Prévoir d être à +/- 1,4km du logement.
