Kleines, gemütliches Häuschen für bescheidene, flexible, die Stille liebende Bergfreunde.
Piandera liegt weit oben (20 min ab Lugano) im Valle di Colla auf etwa 800 m. Sehr abgelegen, sehr ruhig, sehr einfach. Ideal zum Abschalten und zum Wandern. Ausflüge an den See und die Umgebung Luganos sind problemlos erreichbar. Auch bis zum Lago Maggiore sind es nur knapp 30 bis 40 min. Es gibt weit und breit in den Dörfern oben keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Also braucht es ein Auto oder viel Geduld. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben überwiegend selbst gekocht. Sehr schönes Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche und sehr heissem Wasser. In Lugano ist ein Büro des Vermieters für Fragen und Probleme.
Gewöhnungsbedürftig: Parkplatz ist 30m vom Haus weg. Es kann vorkommen, dass alle Plätze belegt sind, dann muss man vorne im Dorf parken. Die Möbel auf der Terrasse sind verwittert. Würde mich dort nicht hinsetzen. Der automatische Ofen in der Wohnung ist im Herbst wichtig. Ein kleiner Elektroofen kommt schnell an seine Grenzen. Leider funktionierte die Pelletautomatik nicht. Die grossen vorhandenen Buchenscheite waren ohne Anzündmaterial nicht nutzbar. Man muss da schon erfahrener Pfadi sein und nächtliche Kälte lieben. Hausverwaltung ist informiert. Dier Einrichtung ist schlicht, Fernseher und Wifi fehlen (aber ordentlicher Telefonempfang) = gut für Romantik etc. Die Couch war trotz vorhandem Doppelbett als Bett vorbereitet. Sofa wäre für uns sinnvoller gewesen. Das Bett ist ordentlich mit guter Matratze. Wohnung ist klein, aber gemütlich. Wenig Stauraum für Kleider.
