Clean, well positioned.

Apartments are self catering.

Initially some difficulty entering, but local agent assisted by telephone. Only one bed made up and second was a bunk bed unmade. As we are 2 male adults, not ideal. The shower rail is loose and had to be used with caution. Recycling had to be done by ourselves or pay 10 euros fee.

Terrible, stay away if you can. There are other much nicer BnBs in the village.

* Strange practice of asking for credit card info on WhatsApp or booking chat for “deposit” — I have never experienced this before. * Horrible website for checkin that takes so much information that it makes me concerned. Oh yes it also signs you up for marketing spam by default unless you uncheck a box. * Cat hair everywhere in the apartment * Bunk bed position is so that the person on the top bed frequently hits their head on the roof. * After you arrive, you learn of rules that ask you to throw your garbage out without telling you where. Else you must pay 10 Euro. * Dirty cutlery and dishes :(

Ottimo prezzo, servizi quasi tutti ok. Pulizia da rivedere

- Prezzo: nulla da dire, il prezzo era veramente basso per l'appartamento offerto - La lavastoviglie ci ha salvato la vita (MA, mancava il microonde!) - L'illuminazione della casa grazie alla doppia esposizione è davvero apprezzabile - Letto molto comodo - Regolazione termica regolabile, considerato che abbiamo soggiornato a inizio gennaio è stata una manna dal cielo - Netflix e Prime Video

- Pulizia: la struttura era generalmente pulita. Tuttavia, v'era presenza di capelli sulle lenzuola e, soprattutto, peli di cane in tutta la casa. Probabilmente le pulizie non hanno in dotazione un'aspirapolvere. Era un continuo tirarsi dietro peli con le pantofole, cosa che si accentuava particolarmente entrando in bagno, unica zona della casa dove il pavimento è chiaro. - La carta igienica era contata, consiglio ai futuri ospiti di passare dal supermercato prima di alloggiare - Comodini e Abat jour mancanti (c'erano due tavolini tondi) - Alcuni interruttori non funzionavano, o meglio, sembravano apparentemente inutili. Consigliamo anche un interruttore per luce della camera da letto principale anche da utilizzare dal letto - Appendiabiti all'ingresso mancante, presente solo nella camera secondaria NB: l'interruttore al piano terra potrebbe sembrare quello per aprire il portone esterno (come indicato nelle note di check-out), invece è il campanello dell'appartamento al piano terra, a cui chiedo scusa per il disturbo 🙈

Mi aspettavo un po' meglio

Ottima la posizione dell appartamento, facile da trovare e con parcheggio in zona. Appartamento trovato pulito nei sanitari e in cucina. A breve distanza supermercati, diversi bar e panetteria.

Pentolame scarso e vecchio. Ho rilavato tutto quello che ho usato perché pulito male e incrostato. Non c è il microonde, non ho trovato nulla di base per poter cucinare un piatto di pasta (neanche il sale!). Per questo mette in difficoltà una famiglia che si appoggia per una vacanza in economia. Bisogna comprare tutto o portarsi tutto da casa. Ci hanno lasciato 2 rotoli di carta igienica e 2 asciugamani a testa invece che i canonici 3, in cucina uno strofinaccio per tutto. La struttura ha diversi spifferi soprattutto in cucina, è ristrutturata ma non di recente. Per restare caldi bisogna tenere sempre acceso il riscaldamento. Al check out la struttura effettua il controllo per restituire la caparra senza la nostra presenza e senza documentazione sulle condizioni preesistenti. Non c è un attaccapanni per i cappotti e diverse luci sono non funzionanti.

Für 2 Nächte ok. Aber länger nicht.

Die Lage war in einem Bergdorf, die Aussicht war wirklich sehr schön und ein Highlight beim Frühstück. Die Wohnung war schön groß und geräumig.

Im Vorfeld mussten wir 350€ Schadenskaution hinterlegen, meiner Meinung nach recht unseriös da man auch die Personalausweise aller Gäste hochladen musste und die Daten somit ja schon übermittelt wurden, im Falle eines Schadens. Die 350€ haben wir wieder zurück bekommen. Es gab keine Bettdecken, nachts war es daher recht kalt. Die Ferienwohnung ist nicht im besten Zustand, aber immerhin sauber.
