The 70-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor (access via stairs) and is nestled in the tranquility of a condominium park.
Located at the end of a dead-end street, away from traffic.
The town center is just a few minutes away, whether on foot or by car.

The Space
The living room is bright and cozy.
The kitchen is fully equipped so you can feel right at home. A high chair is available upon request.
There is a spacious closet in the hallway, perfect for storing suitcases, jackets, and other personal belongings.
Note regarding parking: the indoor parking space is narrow and can only be used if there are few cars parked there. If space is limited upon your arrival, you can find a spot on the street. Motorcycles and bicycles can always be parked inside.
Pets: Only one dog is allowed as a pet. Cats are not allowed.

To reach the apartment, we recommend coming from the Italian side (via Porlezza or Como/Argegno); the route from the Swiss side (Val Mara), suggested by Google Maps, is quite steep and narrow.
