Excellent location for our stay, lovely walk along the length of the High Street to The Brae.

We were in room 8 which had a private door onto a courtyard. Immaculate, modern room with comfy bed & good shower. There was a fridge, kettle, tea/ coffee and crockery (handy for carry out meals). Bus stops for Kilmarnock and Ardrossan are right outside the property. Nice, friendly welcome by the owner and we will return when in the area.

The host was friendly and helpful
The bed was so hard. It needs either a new mattress or a mattress topper. Neither of us slept as we couldn’t get comfortable. New pillows are also needed.
The room was VERY small.
We were also a little disappointed with the distance from Irvine.
Tiny TV in room.
