Place its self ok but light out side not great and for that price no hot water is a no no

Things in apartment was all fine but I did have issues no hot water what so ever Guy came after first call sorted done blip on boiler Had hot water for 10-15 mins Then back to cold Phoned a few more times over next two days but nothing

As about no hot water and no one came to sort it to carry on working So all week cold showers had to wash hair in sink with kettle . Also so dark trying to get in flat door only one weeeee light on bottom of wall !

Great few days in a lovely apartment overlooking the Isle of Arran.

We loved the view of Arran from the living room window! The modern refit of the traditional property was really good - everything was almost brand new! The beds were comfy and the living room had a perfect sofa bed for our needs.

We didn’t have enough towels, and the place needs more hooks to hang things (like wet towels). Also there’s no grill pan or oven trays. Our last concern is difficult to manage - the flat smelled strongly of weed - we couldn’t leave a window open because it was coming from the flat downstairs!!

Modern up to date apartment. Had everything we needed for our short stay. We didn't plan to be in the apartment much, mostly for sleeping and getting changed.

Maybe some more decorative items to give off a more homely vibe. But that's nothing that would effect your stay.

parking difficult and on a busy road. walls were a bit bare could do with some more decor ie pictures on wallS had issues with heating. had to call company and was talked through on how to restart boiler

Ok and Comfortable

Location was ok and close to local Ayr town so easy to get to for food and so on, Apartment was clean and tidy and nice newish shower room along with new kitchen features looked nice

Bathroom sink and shower holes were all clogged up meaning water took a long time to disperse and left dirty gritty bits in the shower tray. TV was provided and connected to WIFI for streaming but no normal television via the aerial. Due to the location and setting of the apartment being in a shared block, there was dubious smells from illegal substances coming up from the flat below especially into the kitchen which wasn't pleasant. The kitchen door had to be shut and windows opened. Main bed is in need of replacement. Sofa bed in the Lounge is lovely WiFi passwords are all wrong on documentation, had to find the code myself on back of router

it was very clean, new appliances and updates it was a last minute booking and the apartment was ready when I needed it

just be aware the property is on the second floor with stairs exposed to the weather.

Their was a lot of little things which if in place would have made our stay better I e the boiler needs attention and shower window would not shut nothing to put shower accessories in I the shower

the traffic noise in unbearable-need to add thick curtains or triple glazing. no ariel connected to tv. no lights in outside hallway or stairwell. no lock on communal door
