Good little apartment, would recommend it.

Good location within walking distance of town. Kitchen was a godsend and had all the bits and pieces we needed. Having a few extra towels for our few days stay was also good.

Bit chilly when we arrived but soon warmed up once heating was on. Not a real issue and kind of expected given its winter and was a cold day.

Close to town centre and amenities. Quite spacious flat that was clean and comfortable.

Externally needs TLC. Downstairs was being renovated so rubbish in garden and banging during the days.

Central location. Perfect flat to use when going to an event. Flat nice & clean

Lobby & stairs need to cleaned & updated. Water heater needs to be tweaked - never managed to get hot water out of taps. Shower door seal doesn't keep water in bath. No bedside lamps

I was down for a wedding so didnt spend much time in the apartment. It was a nice little place and more than adequate fo

really nice inside the house it was clean and felt homely.

The shower was not very good. not much pressure from it. the glass door kept swing in on me due to the rubber blade not in contact with the bath side. which also lead to water dripping outside the bath forming a substantial puddle. the bath didnt drain the water quickly and was wading around by the time I had finished showering. also the little cupboard in the hall’s doors were not secure and walked into one of them.

Nice comfortable clean apartment.

Door open when we arrived and apartment was smelling strongly of smoking. Door did not lock properly unless given a strong tug. Could do with towel rail or hooks in bathroom and extra cupboard in kitchen for storage.

We arrived at the apartment at, 8.00pm after shopping for our groceries for our stay only to find the apartment was not prepared for us and was totally unfit to use The entrance to the apartment was not encouraging and when we saw the interior we had to lmediatly seek emergency support We were relocated to an apartment in Irvine and only got into this apartment at 1.40am We wanted to stay in Troon and not in Irvine We could not find the keybox to get Into the Irvine apartment The keybox location information was wrong The keybox was located some distance from the apartment and amongst a number of bins. The keybox was in behind a closed door in the right hand side as you exit the parking area and not the left hand side as stated When we eventually found the correct Keybox it was a major task to align the keybox entry code in the dark (1.00am). We then had to transfer our luggage to the apartment on the 3rd floor At 1.40am we had our long overdue evening meal We vacated the irvine apartment the next morning at 10.00am to relocate to Troon

We left after one night rather than staying for the 3 nights booked. The apartment was so poor. The area was very run down. We were not left pillows, bedding or enough towels. The TV didn’t work. The wardrobe was falling apart. Someone had used plasterboard to box something off in the bedroom and it has just been left. A neighbouring property seemed to like to smoke Cannabis. The amount of people entering and leaving the flat at various times of day and night I can only assume they were also dealing.

Obviously a new venture but the lack of towels, hangers, sockets / usb sockets doesn’t help

Location good, close and entrance very poor

No hangers , coat hooks in bathroom, mirror in bathroom , bed was set up as a double , twin was requested so other person had to use the bed settee, all things new and very nice and practical but the very fragrant smell of NOT tobacco could affect your business

No hot water in bathroom sink. Mould on the living room wall I had to set the tv up myself. Oven not secure in the carcass. The whole oven can be pulled out just by opening the door.
