The location and apartment was clean. Sofa was comfortable, heating was working well.
Beds were very uncomfortable. Basic equipment in kitchen. No welcome pack. I had to fix a piece of furniture that was poor quality. TV remote didn't work, bought batteries. TV too small to view. Boiler very noisy. The area was noisy but that's expected on high street.

Location great for local amenities all within walking distance, apartment was great, clean and spacious.
No instructions within property re hot water, local amenities etc. Sadly noise during the night was from delivery hgv’s from around 3am and bin trucks from around 5am was not conducive for a good nights sleep
