A great little flat.

The flat is light, quiet and comfy. Check out the reclining sofas! Kitchen and bathroom nicely done to good spec. Loved the ‘tap on, tap off’ bedroom side lights with usb ports. Town and sea only minutes away.

Not a big fan of electric showers. Mirror needed for back bedroom. Curtains needed for bedrooms, the blinds are not enough to keep that 5am summer sun out!

Ideal location close to shops and restaurants, as well as the beach.

The flat was centrally located near to the shops and the beach and my sister-in-law. It was ideal for 4 adults. I liked the night light in the bathroom. Heating was easy to work and fairly instantaneous

I think it could have been clearer at the time of booking that the parking was nearby and not outside the flat. Despite the blackout blinds in the back bedroom there was a lot of light seepage round the blind and from the wifi unit which was in here instead of the lounge. I like my bedroom to be really dark.

Lovely flat, very close to the centre of Troon.

Comfortable, well decorated, warm and quiet.

Only minor problem was that there is only one mirror - above the bathroom sink. My wife and daughter wanted to check their outfits and had to use the reflections in windows.
