Fabulous small apartment, very clean warm and comfortable.

Fantastic advance friendly communication from owner, directions extremely clear to follow to gain entry. Lovely small apartment, stylish furnishings and well equipped. We had a great visit to Troon and would definitely stay here again as it was very clean, warm and comfortable.

Bed was comfortable do need new pillows. Flat was clean and comfortable. Shower was powerful.

No WiFi. when we arrived was night and dark the key lock was very hard to see had to use mobile torch as no light to see as light not working also location of entrance is around the back and no lighting until halfway up stairs when light comes on. Need to get more lighting when walking round path.

the location had a lot of street noise, photos did not portray a true likeness of this drab accomodation. no wifi, poor furnishings, small very narrow kitchen , back steep stairwell in poor condition. SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS BOOKING THAT WE WERE THERE FOR ONLY 2 HOURS OF A 3 NIGHT STAY . A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY ! WE DID NOT EXPECT A PENTHOUSE BUT REALLY THIS FALLS WELL SHORT OF WHAT IS EXPECTED.

Great 3 night stay in lovely troon 😎

We travelled by train and it was a short walk away easy to find.30 seconds and you were on seafront, morrisons 1 minute away high street 1 minute away.great 3 night stay for ayr races on Thursday and Friday.Troon is a lovely place all the pubs and the lido restaurant full of lovely staff and customers.will definitely be back .when messaging the host she always replied straight away thanks Yvonne 🐴🐴🍺🍺👍

The stairs were a struggle with my knees (were mentioned before we came ) but didn't spoil my stay

Perfect for a little stay whilst at a wedding.

Cleanliness of the property was a very good standard. Thank you for leaving some dvds for us to watch.

Curtains were very thin. Other than that it was a lovely place to stay for the little amount of time we were in there.

I would say the steps up to the apartment were horrendous, broken steps and hand rail, I know it said they didn’t have parking facilities but trying to find a safe place to leave your car at night wasn’t good

Clean, light and comfortable. We were getting the ferry from Troon to Arran and had an early start. The flat was in a great location for the ferry, and had a supermarket nearby.

Staying Troon to meet friends so didn't spend much time in the flat, was adequate for short stay

Lounge was a good size and comfortable, also bedroom was nice. Location was central and not far fro large supermarket.

I didn't like the entrance to the flat and outside stairs. I maybe didn't read this in the description when I booked, but was not suitable for anyone with mobility or sight issues. I was not aware there was not parking on the street outside until I arrived. Yellow lines. Early checkout on Sunday morning 10am would have preferred later at the weekend.

Very basic flat and very tired

Location very good

No Wi-Fi but heating had Wi-Fi. Main toilet drain pipe leaking at ground level this leaving us to walk over sewage water on path. Reported it to owner who said she would deal with it but nothing done when we were there. Reported it on arrival.

Nice apartment and close by to centre

Apartment was clean and location was great with supermarket, restaurant and bars within walking distance. Communication with host was great and check in was made easy.

Quite dark at night time approaching the building but lights did come on when you reached the staircase.

Although it’s stated that the flat is on the first floor it’s not stated that the staircase is quiet steep, it’s not suitable if you’re travelling with loads of cases or a pram and you’re alone or if you have mobility issues. This needs to be made clear at time of booking, not on the morning of check in when you can no longer cancel

Close to Airport

Stayed for one night due to close proximity to Airport. Bed was comfy and shower was good, pull out bed under main single was a bit lumpy with springs. You get what you pay for and it fitted the bill fine for us. Was clean and tidy. Yvonne wad communicative and helpful. I can't comment on surroundings or area as we were only there for the night.

Nothing really however, arriving in the dark and walking round back of building was a bit off putting as I didn't know if that's where we were suppose to be going and didn't realise bench was upstairs, so spent time creeping round garden looking for bench. But this was perhaps because I didn't read it properly.

Short trip to Troon and the Wonderful Beer Festival

Access to the flat is via some stairs at the back of the building. It was a bit of a shock and we wondered if we'd made a big mistake. Unfortunately the stairs and the whole of the back of the building was very grubby and not very well lit.. Stairs were in need of a makeover and more lighting. The balcony where the flat was has been tastefully decorated and was pleasant enough. Front door needed a firm push as it was stuck. The flat itself was OK, Very clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. TV did not work as batteries in Remote had run out so we had to work out how to manually switch on TV but not a major issue. Kitchen is quite tight and compact and a larger person might have an issue getting to the sink. But overall for the money the apartment was fine for us.

Location and that it was a whole apartment. Plus we were able to check in a couple of hours early.

The bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows were like rocks. To be fair it seemed like every pillow we slept on in the UK and Ireland were like rocks.
